Anzea guarantees that our products will perform in accordance with accepted industry standards when used under normal conditions, i.e. single shift operation, with proper maintenance and for the purpose intended.
For upholstery products that meet heavy duty requirements as stated by ACT standards, the warranty is for one year from date of purchase.
For products deemed high performance the warranty is for a period of two years from date of purchase. High performance products are those that can withstand bleach cleaning and have a minimum Wyzenbeek rating of 100,000 double rubs.
This warranty does not guarantee suitability for any particular piece of furniture or method of manufacture.
Therefore, this warranty cannot guarantee against puddling as this may occur under certain climate conditions, methods of manufacture and inherent characteristics of the selected upholstery product.
The warranty does not cover failure from upholstering defects such as inadequate paddling, defect or inappropriateness of seating design and manufacture.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from reverse crocking which is the transfer of color from apparel or other materials.
The warranty does not cover ink stains, dye stains, cuts, punctures, burns and forms of abuse including those that are unintentional.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from lack of cleaning, the misuse of cleaning agents or the use of inappropriate cleaning agents for the product.
The warranty is limited to replacement of the upholstery product with a mutually agreed upon replacement.
Under no circumstances will Anzea be responsible for any consequential damages, charges, cost of reupholstering or other obligations.
