INFORMATION ON ANZEA TEXTILES AND FAUX LEATHERS

Anzea guarantees that our products will perform in accordance with accepted industry standards when used under normal conditions, i.e. single shift operation, with proper maintenance and for the purpose intended.

In the case of high performance upholstery products, the warranty is for a period of three years from date of purchase. High performance products are those that have a minimum Wyzenbeek rating of 100,000 double rubs and are stated to be cleanable with bleach. For all other upholstery products that meet heavy duty requirements as stated by ACT Standards, the warranty is for one year from date of purchase.

The warranty is limited to replacement of the upholstery textile or faux leather with a mutually agreed upon replacement and under no circumstances includes labor costs. This warranty does not guarantee exact dye lot match to samples, variances in weight or width of product. Fiber content and methods of finishing may be changed when deemed necessary by Anzea.

This warranty does not guarantee suitability for any particular piece of furniture or method of manufacture. Therefore, this warranty cannot guarantee against puddling as this may occur under certain climate conditions, methods of manufacture and inherent characteristics of the selected upholstery product. The warranty does not cover failure from upholstering defects such as inadequate padding, defects in seating design and manufacture. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from reverse crocking which is the transfer of color from apparel or other materials. This warranty does not cover ink stains, dye stains, cuts, punctures, burns and forms of abuse. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from lack of cleaning or the use of incorrect cleaning agents or methods.
