If credit has not been established, payment is required prior to shipping. Open account will be established upon acceptance of satisfactory credit references. Open account terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Payment may also be made with a major credit card. Please supply name, card type, card number, expiration date and billing zip code.
Quantities over 100 yards or special orders require a minimum deposit of 50% which is applicable whether or not credit has been established. Wire transfers require an additional $18.00 processing fee.
Anzea ships most orders UPS ground. This means delivery is generally within five days. Unless specified otherwise, Anzea may await completion of an entire order before shipping or may make partial shipments at Anzea's discretion.
Cancellations are not accepted on custom fabrics or special order quantities. Other cancellations are subject to a 35% handling charge whether or not the fabric has shipped. Any acknowledged backorder not cancelled within 48 hours of faxed or emailed acknowledgment is subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
No merchandise may be returned without a return authorization in writing. Return shipping must be arranged for by the customer and shipped at the customer's expense. Credit will be issued when the product is received in usable condition. No returns are allowed on fabric that has received additional finishing. All returns carry a 35% restocking charge. Lengths of 10 yards or less may not be returned. Fabric must be returned within 30 days of ship date.
A sample of the shipped fabric is enclosed with your invoice. Check this cutting carefully to verify accuracy. No claims will be considered after fabric is cut. It should be standard protocol to give your workroom a cutting of the specified product along with adequate instructions and sidemarking.
All products are carefully inspected and packaged. Anzea is not responsible for loss or damage in transit or storage. Any loss or visible damage to the packages must be noted on the delivery receipt. Concealed damage claims must be filed within five days of delivery. Other claims must be filed with Anzea within 10 days of delivery. Failure to make such claims shall constitute full acceptance and waiver of all defects, errors or shortages. No claims will be considered after fabric is cut.
Anzea's responsibility is limited to either replacement or refund of purchase price at Anzea's discretion. Under no circumstances will Anzea be responsible for any consequential damages, charges, costs of reupholstering or other obligations.
Custom textiles and custom colors are sold on a full piece basis only. The customer must agree to accept an approximate overage of 10%. Deposit to be determined on a case by case basis. Please inquire for minimum yardage requirements.
ANZEA textiles are sampled with the warp running vertically unless otherwise noted. If a fabric is sampled railroaded (warp running horizontally), this is indicated on the sample card. Please give your manufacturer adequate cutting instructions.
Some textiles may be reversible. If the reverse side is desired, please notify your workroom with appropriate instructions. Attach a cutting to your order for your workroom to indicate the desired face side.
